Will

Will is an AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist based in Kingston Upon Thames. He holds a BSc in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Exeter and an MSc in Human Nutrition from St Marys University as well as his personal training qualifications.

Will has a strong passion for nutrition, exercise and health stemming from the years of playing high level sport. During this time, Will followed various nutritional programmes and learned first hand how to effectively fuel his body with the right foods and the importance of mindful nutritional choices. These personal experiences, coupled with a solid nutritional education, allow Will to understand and analyse his client’s needs well, facilitating the development of a personal, challenging yet and sustainable programme for them.

Will specialises in body composition changes, helping people to gain muscle or loose fat, but he also focuses on athlete nutrition and the different nutritional requirements of the life cycle. Will firmly believes that due to the ever-changing nutritional needs of each individual, one single dietary pattern or plan is just not good enough.

Kate

Kate Williamson trained at the British School of Osteopathy and has worked at a number of clinics in London and the South East over the last 13 years, treating a great variety of acute and chronic pain issues. She is experienced in working with pre and post natal women and babies, particularly after having her own three children, and works gently with the body both structurally and cranially.

She was drawn to osteopathy after a fall left her unable to work. It was when an osteopath explained the mechanics of what had happened that she was able to understand what her body had gone through, and was finally able to recover. After five years of Osteopathic training and many years of work in various clinics she is now passing on this inspiration to others.

Kate is also a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer, so is very aware of the demands we put on our bodies – and as a result she's a big fan of Pilates too. Her aim is always to encourage patients to learn to understand and manage their bodies to prevent future issues.

Laura

Laura completed her degree in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in 2008 from the University of Westminster. Following this she worked as an assistant clinical supervisor at the Westminster University Polyclinic, training acupuncturists and had practices in central London, including on Harley Street.

Laura holds another degree in herbal medicine (2001) and has iridology qualifications (2004), as well as offering paediatric and cosmetic acupuncture.
She has particular areas of interest in fertility, pregnancy and birth, having trained as a doula to enhance her knowledge.
Additional treatment techniques offered include cupping, tuina and electro acupuncture.

With nearly twenty years of experience seeing patients and a holistic approach tailored to your specific needs, Laura will rebalance you, “reharmonise” you and empower you on your road to health.
